Mary Day is a multi-media artist, arts educator and writer. Born in Medellin, Colombia, raised in Miami, Florida and the Caribbean, her degrees include a BA in Art History and Photography, and an MFA in Painting from Florida State University. She taught community college art for 27 years, participated in a variety of artists residencies, and is the recipient of a 2010 Nebraska Arts Council Individual Artist Fellowship. Living and working in Naples, Florida since 2015 she is a partner in smallwalls, a studio and project space located in the Naples Art District.
